Andrea Rule
Andrea RuleMental Health Counselor
I’m dedicated to helping individuals cultivate emotional balance, strengthen self-worth, and build healthier lives from the inside out. I specialize in mindfulness, anxiety, depression, stress management, self-esteem, and confidence building. My approach to mental health is grounded in the belief that healing is multidimensional. As both a certified personal trainer and a nutrition coach, I understand the powerful connection between the mind and body. I integrate movement, mindful awareness, and nutrition-informed insight into therapeutic work, helping clients recognize how physical well-being supports emotional resilience.

I strive to create a therapeutic space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes. I emphasize self-compassion, emotional awareness, and personal growth, guiding individuals toward a deeper understanding of themselves and their strengths. I am committed to fostering real, sustainable progress. My work reflects my core belief: when people learn to align their mind, body, and purpose, they unlock the capacity to thrive.
